First things first
What to expect
Your appointment starts with a real conversation, not a rushed “so what are we doing today.” We’ll look at your hair, your inspo pics, and your history (yes, including the box dye — no judgment, I just need to know). Then I’ll tell you honestly what we can do today, what might take a couple of sessions, and what it costs. Foil services run 4–5 hours and include your K18 treatment, trim, and style — so settle in and get comfy. My chair, your time.

How to prep
- Come with day-old (or two-day-old) hair. A little natural oil is fine — please don’t show up with a fresh blowout full of product, and no need to scrub it squeaky clean either.
- Bring inspo pics. Plural. I love inspo pics. Screenshots, TikToks, a whole camera roll folder — the more I can see what you’re drawn to, the closer we get to it.
- Tell me your hair history. Box dye, henna, that one time you bleached it at home — it all matters for how your hair lifts. Honesty = better results.
- Wear something comfy and a top that isn’t precious. Color happens.
- Eat first (or bring snacks) if you’re booked for a foil session or an install — those run 4–5 hours.

First time in my chair? Hi beautiful, I’m so glad you’re here. Everyone is welcome in my chair — my whole thing is making it a safe space where you leave feeling like your most confident self. Extensions always start with a free consultation; for custom color and corrections we’ll consult first too, so your quote is real before we ever mix color. If you found me on TikTok, tell me which video sold you. I genuinely want to know.
The fine print, unfine
Policies (the quick version)
- Rescheduling & cancellations: 48+ hours’ notice, no problem. Inside 48 hours there’s a 50% service charge — but if you’re sick or it’s a real emergency, just tell me. I’m a human first.
- No-shows: charged the full service. That slot was held just for you, and empty chairs are how stylists don’t pay rent.
- Running late? Text me — you have a 15-minute grace window. Past that, we may need to shorten or rebook your service.
- Payment: Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, cash, or card (cards add a 3% fee).
- Love guarantee: no refunds, but if you’re unsatisfied with your hair, I will gladly get you back in and fit your vision — free of charge.
